Abigail Reynolds faltet verschiedene Zeiträume an ein und demselben Ort in- und durcheinander und verlangt so nach einer beständigen Neudefinition der Raum-Zeit-Beziehung. Ihr manuell schöpferischer Akt löst ein Anderssehen aus.
Jeremy Kost unterläuft in seinen Porträts extrovertierter Menschen Erwartungen, die sich gemeinhin mit Dekadenz und Glamour verbinden. Das Paradox unterschwelliger Unsicherheit, welches in diesen Bildern aufscheint, findet seine Entsprechung in den komplexen chaotischen Strukturen der Polaroid-Collagen, in denen sich Schein und Wirklichkeit vermischen.
Treffen, wie in der Fotostrecke 8045, die künstlerischen Vorstellungen des Fotografen Damien Blottière auf den isländischen Modedesigner Bóas Kristjánsson erfährt das gängige Schönheitsideal durch die Nähe zum Absurden eine neuerliche Wandlung.
