Seven young artists, all master class students of the Universität der Künste Berlin [Berlin University of the Arts], received the IBB Photography Prize, awarded by Investment Bank Berlin, in the years from 2007 to 2009. Places, houses, urban scenes, often momentary shots of nocturnal impressions of Berlin and travel pictures these are themes with which the seven artists have been engaged. Their collections reflect the broad spectrum of teaching at the University of the Arts, as the prizewinners all studied with different professors.
