The exhibition Street-wise is a presentation by the Berliner Technische Kunsthochschule (BTK) [University of Applied Sciences, Berlin] of the photographic work of its students. Part staged and part portraits of real life, these works show the life of the city street. Some were created in a teaching context, others at various workshops in New York and Vietnam.
For many years BTK has laid a major emphasis on photography. Starting in October 2010, it will be offering for the first time a BA degree course in the subject.
