Whether they engage in documentation of the present or observation of the past, the six artists of Verein Kolonie Wedding are all in search of urban forms of life.
Iwona Borkowska investigates the imprint of the myth of woman through pictures, along with its function in different cultures.
Lucyna Viales collages are concerned with the symbiosis of man and dog, and with the resulting relationship characterised by submissiveness.
Elena Ilinas collages investigate the aesthetic forms brought into being by the effort to survive in the Soldin neighbourhood.
Jovan Balovs works document details of famous historic monuments, and so function as echoes of the past.
Barbara Klinkers photographic series looks at houses in a small town in Russia, as illustrating a tension between the individual design aspirations of the people who live in them and the traditional architectural style.
Vinzenz Fenglers staged photographic compositions investigate and deconstruct structures of femininity from the history of art, literature and film.
