This series is concerned with moments that pop up for a moment, but then disappear again very quickly. Still, they leave a feeling behind them a continuing uncertainty.
Following the series 'Polaroids von Anja Strauch, Mir geht's gut' ['Polaroids by Anja Strauch I'm OK'], 'Momente der Irritation' ['Moments of Irritation'] continues the story of the photographer. These works show moments of irritation and irritated expressions moments and feelings that we are all familiar with. A quick flaring up of the situation which can turn out in one way or in another perhaps completely differently. The moment as a point of intersection you can exit right, or you can exit left. It could go one way or the other.
