Photography and meditation have a commonality: they promote full presence in the moment. The meditative photo walk combines both and sharpens the focus on the outer world and one's inner experience. The workshop offers a conscious break from the pursuit of perfection and invites participants to slow down, observe closely, and appreciate the creative process. Through mindful photography, images are created that reflect both the surroundings and one's own perception. Ingo Hampe is a self-taught photographer. His early passion for travel and street photography led to an intense focus on human expression, which he captures in his images. For over a decade, he has been involved in mindfulness practices such as Tai Chi, meditation, and calligraphy, which influence his photographic approach. His work combines practice and intuition, making mindfulness in photography directly accessible—regardless of prior experience.
