Come hang out with the FSL team and go through the whole analogue process – from shooting to seeing your photos on screen!
We’ll start with a photowalk led by our guest photographer and good friend of the lab – Nico Koch. He knows how to capture the essence of Berlin. We’ll walk and chat, starting from our film box in Kreuzberg and heading to our lab in Prenzlauer Berg. Nico will show us some of his fav spots, and we’ll drop a few street photography tips along the way.
Next, we’ll stop by the lab to give you a behind-the-scans look at how your film gets developed, plus a peek at what a typical day in the lab looks like.
Note:
• The event is free, but registration is required.
• Bring your camera and a roll of colour film with you
For true b&w street shots, stick with Ilford XP2 — it’s the only b&w film that can be developed with colour films.
Expect beer, coffee, snacks, informal chats, and lots of analogue insights.
Starting point: IRIEDAILY store, Oranienstraße 194, 10999 Berlin.
See you there at 13:00!
Max. 20 participants.
