In conversation with Katharina Klapdor Ben Salem
Between nightmares and daydreams, between image and language: Katharina Klapdor Ben Salem talks to artist Cihan Çakmak about her first publication ez fraktal. Her photographic work deals with questions of identity, longing and trauma. Between tradition and emancipation, adaptation and self-realisation, she examines the ambivalences that shape identities across generations. What divides us, what unites us? A dialogue about visibility, autobiographical narratives and the fragility of origins.
Followed by a book signing at the SHIFT BOOKS table.
