In response to the title what stands between us students from Burg Giebichenstein University of Art and Design Halle (Prof. Stephanie Kiwitt and Marco Dirr, artistic research assistant) and the HFBK University of Fine Arts Hamburg (Prof. Tobias Zielony) develop a collective work. The students create a narrative with their photographs and texts about cats, late capitalism, fries and strong emotions. For four days they worked together with writer Enis Maci and the book designers Ina Kwon and Helmut Völter.

The result can be seen in the foyer/staircase of the festival center at the Akademie der Künste, Hanseatenweg.
