In their second joint exhibition, PEP and the Kommunale Galerie Berlin present the works of around 30 international artists.

Originally invented as a tool for representing reality, photography ultimately conveys a fragmented vision of the world. Its dynamic ability to both reflect and shape reality puts photographers in an ambiguous role, which the exhibition explores from various angles. As artists, they have the freedom to represent reality and at the same time to recreate it. New image production technologies also influence the context of reception.

This diversity of approaches is reflected in the selection of artists, who come from all five continents and thus contribute to parallel realities in their own way. They invite viewers to move within a visual landscape in which reality is presented, challenged, and finally questioned.
