The exhibition of senior work from the class of Marc Volk, titled SO ODER SO (In Any Case), can be understood as a playful response to the preceding degree exhibition SOWIESO (Anyway).
In the school’s spacious gallery rooms, the graduates present eight independent photographic projects developed over the past three semesters. Their works explore a variety of social contexts, investigating past and present structures while taking respective media influences into consideration. Subjective approaches are also on view, ranging from an exploration of natural phenomena to staged photography. The various approaches evoke surprising and complex visual spaces.
