MARCEL FEIL

Born 1968 / 1994 BA in history of art at the University of Amsterdam / 1994 to 1998 worked at the Dutch Foundation for Visual Arts, Design and Architecture / 1998 to 2002 staff member at the Amsterdam Centre for Photography / 2002 to 2010 curator at the FOAM museum of photography in Amsterdam, organizing a wide range of historical and contemporary exhibitions / Since 2010 Deputy Director of Artistic Affairs at FOAM, as well as an Editor of FOAM, the museum’s international photography magazine / 2012 published A Book of Beds: A Selection of FOAM Magazine Talent Photographs / 2014 curated the William Klein retrospective at FOAM / Marcel Feil lives and works in Amsterdam.
