    RORHOF PRESS

Founded in 2014 in Bolzano in northern Italy, Rorhof Press is a studio and publishing house producing books, exhibitions and workshops on photography. Recent publications include Hidden Islam (2014), Nicoló Degiorgis’ photo-essay of makeshift places of worship for Muslims in northern Italy. With an introduction by Martin Parr, the publication won the Rencontres d’Arles’ Author Book Award and the Paris Photo/Aperture First Book Award in 2014. Its follow-up, Hidden Islam – 479 Comments (2014), also by Degiorgis, presents the vivid discussion appearing below the line on the The Guardian website in response to an article about the original book and was also published by Rorhof, as was The Encyclopedia of Kurt Caviezel (2015), which comprises screenshots from CCT V cameras monitored by Caviezel over a period of 15 years and which was selected as one of Photo-Eye’s Best Books of the Year in 2015.
